The Inventek Engineering Automated Bottling System (ABS) is a highly flexible fully automated bottle processing line. The basic configuration can handle many different bottle types and sizes with NO MECHANICAL SETUP. Loading, filling, capping, and labeling are standard features. Data collection and process controls are designed as in an automation integrator.

Small lot sizes? No problem.

Different fill volumes? Got it covered. 

Tight tolerances? Can do.

The Inventek Engineering Automated Bottling System allows you to change from one bottle type to another by simply touching a photo on the systems advanced user interface. That’s it.  Load the bottles and caps and start production!
